.. so i was feelin a lil bit adventurous going home a while ago.. common sense would prolly tell me to just go on straight home using routes that i was familiar with.. but i guess boredom got the best of me.. or an unending quest to solve life's riddles.. in this case, it was the mystery of the east service road that held my curiosity up at gun point.. i was a little reluctant at first.. the only time i dared to take that road was a few years back.. and i ended up going through little alleys and cratered streets with no hope of tomorrow, making me give up after about an hour or so.. i eventually just gave up and started my way back to c-5.. but that was then, and i was drunk.. this time would be different..

.. i ended up going through alleys and streets again - still no hope of tomorrow - eventually ending up back at c-5 (unintentionally this time)about an hour later, bringing me back to where i sorta began the whole journey towards the unknown..

.. a much saner person would prolly have given up and took the road more travelled at this point.. but sanity has left me a long, long time ago.. not able to bear the thought of defeat at the hands of stupid road architects of ancient years past, i started my way back to the road that got me going in circles just moments ago..

.. i was back on familiar roads a few minutes later.. a quick french fry fix on the way home to celebrate such momentous conquest came to pass.. sarap..

    it is moral consertive assholes like father arguelles here that erode social development and personal evolution.. a liitle more pre-vatican II thinking, and we'd be chasing muslims out of the country, replacing the constitutional government with the monarchial type of ruling and beaheading those that do not follow the "one true religion". why not set out and foreign lands of unknown regions in the name of evangelization while we're at it?

i aint writing for anyone but myself.. i aint writing for no inquirer or bulletin or any publication house or shit.. i certainly aint writing for no money..

i aint writing for prestige, acclaim, praise, approval..

i'm writing because that's what i do..

 

can i call myself a writer?

i may not be a very good one..
